If you haven't received the verification email, these tips may help you find it:

1- Wait a few minutes: It's possible that it may take a few minutes to deliver the confirmation email and that may be why you can't find it yet.

2- Search for the message in other folders: The email that we've sent you has 'LOYIC' as the sender so that you can find it easily. If it's not in your Inbox, look at the other folders. If a spam filter or a email rule has moved the message, it may be that it's in the Spam Folder, the Trash, or Archived Messages.

3- Resend the request: Sign up again by entering the information and your email address again. Check that you copy your email address correctly.

4- Add us to your email contact list: Add our email address, loyic@loyic.com, to your contact list in case your provider is blocking the messages.

5- Contact your email provider: Get in contact with your email provider.

6- Customer service: Send us a message through https://www.loyic.uk/contact-us so that our Customer Service department can help you with the problem.
