At LOYIC we support and promote continuous SAP training, both the external and internal type, because we have verified that knowledge favours creativity. We provide official training for SAP Spain.
The extensive experience of some of our SAP experts (more than 20 years) makes them ideal candidates for teaching SAP Real Estate Management courses such as the four that we detail below (three of them will take place in the future).
The close collaboration we have with SAP constantly enables us to propose new software functionalities. We have also developed our own SAP tools for very specific areas of wealth management.
We already provide official training for these four new SAP Real Estate Management courses:
1) RE050-IFRS & US GAAP LEASING WITH SAP REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT
The aim of this SAP course is for students, through SAP Real Estate Management, to learn the administration of lease agreements in accordance with IFRS 16 and US GAAP regulatory compliance. Javier Alonso, one of the CEOs of LOYIC, also recently offered this same course in Madrid.
2) S4F72-SAP REAL ESTATE: CONTRACTS AND CONDITIONS IN SAP
11th - 14th December. Madrid.
Students will learn SAP Real Estate Contract Management with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. The course includes training on commercial processes related to real estate contracts: notices, renewals, changes in conditions... SAP Real Estate Management will also be taught, to comply with the new IFRS 16 and US GAAP ASC 842 regulatory standards.

3) S4F73-IFRS LEASING WITH SAP REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT IN SAP S/4HANA
11th - 14th December. Madrid.
Those attending this SAP course will receive training on the new regulations in the administration of lease contracts in SAP S/4HANA in accordance with IFRS 16 and US GAAP ASC 842 regulations. They will also be shown how the different contractual conditions can play out during the process of valuation of those contracts. Finally, the most important configuration settings will be covered.
